Welcome to the worship podcast of Central Baptist Church.   Central has been located at the corner of Brown and Broad Streets in downtown Newnan, Georgia since 1897.   We are proud to be a congregation that engages   traditional worship with excellence,   a congregation where all generations worship, serve, and learn together,   a congregation where women and men enjoy equal opportunities for leadership,   and a congregation   where diverse approaches to Christian faith and theology   all find themselves at home under the lordship of Christ.   Each week, as we worship at central, we remind ourselves   that we gather for worship   expecting something to happen.  

We believe that the shared experience of God in worship has a unique potential to transform us.
